## Quick Start (5 steps)

### 1. Clone / unzip the project
```
cd rolepilot
```

### 2. Create a virtual environment
```bash
python -m venv venv
# Windows
venv\Scripts\activate
# macOS / Linux
source venv/bin/activate
```

### 3. Install dependencies
```bash
pip install -r requirements.txt
# Also install pydantic-settings (required for config)
pip install pydantic-settings
```

### 4. Configure environment
```bash
cp .env.example .env
# Open .env in your editor and set:
#   OPENAI_API_KEY=sk-...your key...
#   ADMIN_USERNAME=admin
#   ADMIN_PASSWORD=your-secure-password
#   SECRET_KEY=your-32-char-random-string
```

### 5. Run
```bash
python main.py
# or
uvicorn main:app --reload --host 0.0.0.0 --port 8000
