Address Field
We will now know the details about the address field. There are certain aspects that should be considered while sending or receiving a mail. Let’s discuss them.
The three major fields in the address line are To, Carbon Copy or CC and Blind Carbon Copy or BCC.
While sending an email, the ‘To’ field should have the address of the primary recipient. This person needs to reply to the mail as the content of the mail is intended for him/her.
A person who is just required to know the information given in the email and whose reply is not required should be marked in the ‘CC’ field.
People who are marked in the ‘BCC’ field cannot be seen by anyone else.
