Main Body–Content
The second part of the main body is the content. It is that section which conveys the actual information. It works on the format called MADE. ‘M’ in Made stands for the message. It contains the message to be communicated through email. This is the starting line of the content.
Then comes the Action. It tells the user the action that he/she needs to perform. The sender can also mention the time by which the task should be completed.
The third part is Detail. This is not a mandatory item. If there is any other relevant information that you wish the recipient to know, then mention it. It can be put in bullet points.
The last part is End. It includes the summary of the email. You may extend help or may conclude the email. Check a few statements that you can use to end your mail.
