Discussion between Manager and Employee

Manager- Hey! I received your suggestion through email.

Employee- Yes sir! Did you like my idea?

Manager- Oh yes, I did like your idea. However, I am more concerned about the way the email has been drafted.

Employee-Is there any issue in the email?

Manager-Did you go through the email before sending it? Email is a way of putting forward your thoughts and suggestions. It is therefore, very important that they are drafted in such a way that they represent your personality. A well-worded email can get you appreciation.

Employee-I did check the mail before sending it. However, I need to improve my skill of drafting an email.
